OFTEN ASKED
Before writing to us.
It depends on the state of the piece. Available pieces are already made in the atelier — they arrive within 4 to 8 days. Pre-order pieces are made once the order is placed — they arrive within 15 to 20 days. Each listing indicates which applies.
There is a dedicated page — Size Guide — with precise measurements and guidance for each type of piece. If anything remains unclear, write to contacto@murmells.com with your own measurements. We reply personally.
They are two different things. Pre-order is the phase in which a coat opens to order — payment begins the making. The waiting list is free and carries no obligation: it lets you know when a new piece opens to pre-order, or when a particular coat becomes available again.
The Trunk Shows page sets out the full details — dates, address and how to request an appointment. Dates are announced in advance through the Journal and the waiting list.
Each coat is made with the construction and proportions the cloth calls for. We do not offer modifications to the design, the measurements or the finishes.
Delivery is complimentary to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Also to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price — these are charged directly by the carrier upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
For other destinations, please write to contacto@murmells.com
Delivery times are included within the making times: 4 to 8 days for available pieces, 15 to 20 days for pre-order pieces.
Yes, returns are accepted. The conditions — time frame, address and any associated costs — are detailed on the Delivery and Returns page.

WHERE WE ARE
Two places,
one craft.
The making atelier is in Extremadura. Each piece is patterned, cut and assembled there, one at a time, with cloth from the historic mills of Biella. We don't receive visits at the workshop — the rhythm of the work asks for quiet — but we share the process through the Journal.
Trunk Shows are held in Madrid, several times a year. They are gatherings to come close to the pieces: where the cloth begins, who makes it, why it weighs what it weighs. Dates are announced in the Journal and the waiting list. Private gatherings are also arranged on request — write if you'd like to propose one.
For anything that calls for a longer conversation, we can arrange a call by email.
